Good news for our neighbours at Esmere Gardens Nursing Home on Stow Road! There's a planning application in for some tree work, specifically an oak tree that's causing a bit of a bother with its branches. It sounds like they're looking to tidy it up so it's no longer a nuisance to the fence or the building.
T1 - Oak - Remove low branch overhanging fence at 2.5 metres back to stem. Reduce large lower limb back to up right growth point be removing x2 overextended branches each measuring 5 meters in length. Crown raise remaining canopy to 5 meters, due to branches encroaching on building roof and fence. Remove major deadwood over garden side only-tree ownership currently unknown, we have requsted ownership info from planning.
